Emmett Pulliam tabbed to lead location as branch manager
Braman Termite & Pest Elimination, a leading provider of pest management services across New England since 1890, has opened its first Boston-area office in Waltham and named Emmett Pulliam as branch manager for the location.
Braman now has a total of six offices total in Massachusetts and Connecticut that serve residential and commercial customers.
“As we continue to grow, it was vital to our business to have a Boston-area location and opening the Waltham office gives us that,” said Jerry Lazarus, owner of Braman Termite and Pest Elimination. “This truly allows us to serve all of New England.”
Pulliam has been with Braman for three years and was previously a route supervisor, a role in which he earned the “Supervisor of the Year” award from the company. Pulliam holds a CAT41 license within the state of Massachusetts and an applicator license in Rhode Island. He is also a certified Amtrak Contractor, AIB certified and Green Pro certified.
“I am excited to continue to grow my career with Braman and proud to lead the customer-serving efforts of our newest office,” Pulliam said. “Braman is a family-owned and operated business, which is important to me, and they are involved with the community and support my involvement in charity events, road races and walks to raise money for disease prevention and awareness.”
Pulliam, who lost his father to cancer in 1999, will participate in The One Mission Buzz Off on June 3 at Gillette Stadium, an event that brings people together to shave their heads in honor and support of kids with cancer who lose their hair during treatment. Just like a walk or road race, participants raise money by asking family and friends to sponsor their participation.
“Emmett has a big heart and Braman is proud to have an employee like him who not only gives his best effort to our customers but devotes time and energy to the community and great causes as well,” Lazarus said.
