Gerald Lazarus

President

Our president, Jerry Lazarus, is the third generation of his family to own and operate Braman, with his three sons making the fourth generation to learn the business from the ground up. A hands-on leader, Jerry has grown our company on three unwavering principles that guide the entire team: pride, honesty and quality of service.

With more than 30 years of experience, Jerry learned a lot about pest control from his father, who was an entomologist.

Justin Lazarus

Manager

Justin first held summer jobs at Braman as a teen. He worked as a field supervisor from 2016 to 2018, before assuming his current role as manager in 2019. Now he develops new software and programs to enhance our clients’ and technicians’ experiences.

A busy father, this Longmeadow resident enjoys car racing, automotive events, outdoor activities and travel. He combines these passions helping to host car shows and events for charitable foundations throughout the country.

Jacob Lazarus

Account Manager

Having grown up learning the business from his father, Jake has experience in nearly every aspect of the operation having served as a technician, salesperson, supervisor, and customer service representative—he even starred in several of our commercials! For the past three years, he has been an account manager for a large client, overseeing service locations throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

A resident of Longmeadow, Jake received both bachelor’s and master’s degree in business administration from Bryant University. Growing up surrounded by sports, he is an avid athlete who enjoys football, baseball, golfing, snowboarding and hiking, as well as trips to the beach.

Josh Lazarus

Account Manager

Josh has been with us officially for about a decade, learning the business from the ground up with his brothers. For the past two years, he has served as our account manager for Stop & Shop throughout the greater Boston area. In this role, he builds and maintains relationships with the store managers and the food safety and quality audit team. Josh also performs ongoing training for our pest management professionals.

He received his bachelor’s in business management and is currently completing his MBA at Bryant University. Josh has a Category 41 supervisory license in Massachusetts and has been recognized with our WOW award for outstanding quality service and client communication.

A Natick resident, Josh is pretty busy between his job and his studies, but really enjoys learning how to become a better leader. In his free time, he loves playing golf, working out, riding his motorcycle and doing anything that involves outdoor activities.

Keith LaCross

Operations Manager

With nearly a quarter of a century of experience with us, Keith has served as our Western Regional Manager since 2011, overseeing day to day operations for western Massachusetts, Vermont, New York and Connecticut. He is also an Associate Certified Entomologist with the Entomological Society of America. Keith has a unique perspective on the services we provide because he has seen it all. He has worked in almost every role—service technician, MultiPest supervisor, and Service Manager—and uses his experience to improve our training process and the services we offer.

Linda Guyette

Operations Support Manager

With more than three decades of experience at Braman, Linda previously worked as our office manager before becoming operations support manager in 2011. As such, she is responsible for our national Copesan account, including daily operations, project planning and scheduling, in house-IT support and more. She was the Copesan Champion of the Year in Administration in both 2012 and 2014.

A resident of Tolland, Massachusetts, Linda was an EMT volunteer in Windsor Locks and Suffield, CT and has volunteered at The Tolland Cultural Counsel for nearly 10 years. She also dedicates some of her time to the Ronald McDonald House in Springfield. In addition to spending time with her husband and their five daughters, their spouses and 10 grandchildren, Linda enjoys gardening, riding her quad, kayaking, entertaining and traveling.

John McCarthy

Sales Director

John joined us in 2022 as an account manager, stepping into the role of sales director in 2024. A  professional in the pest control business since 2000, John brings with him a wealth of experience. Having set up, supported and managed accounts of every kind—including high-profile, audited accounts—John is well equipped to lead and develop the Braman Sales Team, developing long-term goals and objectives while cultivating customer relationships that result in trust, satisfaction and long-term growth.

A resident of Prospect, CT, John enjoys time with his partner, sons and grandson, and loves camping and fishing in the great outdoors.

Natasha Wright

Technical Director and Entomologist

Natasha loved entomology enough to major in it twice. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and her master’s from the University of Arkansas. She is also a board-certified entomologist through the Entomological Society of America. One of her main roles at Braman is as an instructor: she trains our technicians on pest biology, behavior and identification; she trains new and veteran technicians on licensing exam material; and she trains to provide continuing education credits for licensing purposes. She also educates and teaches clients and the public about pests and pest control. Her favorite work task is identifying pests from samples, fragments, droppings and blurry smart phone photographs—bring on the challenge.

A resident of Feeding Hills, Natasha sometimes takes her work home with her as she enjoys insect collecting as well as raising ants and cockroaches.

Tami Cone

Human Resources Manager

For more than a decade, our office manager, Tami, has handled billing, accounts receivable, collections, state contracts-FAC reporting, processing and balance monthly and year end procedures, processing weekly payroll and producing payroll comparison reports. She also manages all vendor safety compliance websites as well as the enrollment process and third-party billing sites. In addition, Tami performs the day-to-day financial transactions and serves as our human resource liaison. She received our Operations Manager Award in 2016 and our Safety Award in 2018.

Married with two children, Tami loves spending time with her two grandchildren as well as reading, hiking camping and hitting the trails in her UTV. She has volunteered making dinners at the Ronald McDonald House in Springfield for the families staying there and has helped to keep the Riverwalk in Agawam clean.
