Braman Termite and Pest Elimination Earns Esteemed 2013 Angie’s List Super Service Award

Award reflects company’s consistently high level of customer service

Braman Termite and Pest Elimination Specialists, a leading provider of pest management services in southern New England since 1890, has earned the service industry’s coveted Angie’s List Super Service Award for the second year in a row. The award reflects an exemplary year of service provided to members of the consumer review service in 2013.

“The Super Service Award is Angie’s List highest honor,” said Jerry Lazarus, third-generation owner of Braman Termite and Pest Elimination Specialists. “We take great pride in the level of customer service we provide and thank our customers for the valuable feedback and endorsements they provide on Angie’s List.”

“Only about five percent of the companies Braman competes with in the greater Springfield, Mass. market are able to earn our Super Service Award,” said Angie’s List Founder Angie Hicks. “It’s a mark of consistently great customer service.”

Angie’s List Super Service Award 2013 winners have met strict eligibility requirements, which include an “A” rating in overall grade, recent grade and review period grade; the company must be in good standing with Angie’s List, have a fully complete profile, pass a background check and abide by Angie’s List operational guidelines. Service company ratings are updated daily on Angie’s List. Companies are graded on an A through F scale in areas ranging from price to professionalism to punctuality. Members can find the 2013 Super Service Award logo next to company names in search results on AngiesList.com.

Braman, which has service centers all across southern New England, differs from any other pest control firms in the exceptional level of training of management and employees, a number of who have degrees in biology and entomology. The company takes an integrated approach to pest elimination that includes both nonchemical treatments and state-of-the-art chemical methods that are safe for people, pets and plants.
