Braman Termite & Pest Elimination has acquired SWAT Pest Protection, a residential and commercial pest control company based in Marlborough, Connecticut. The two family-owned companies officially began operating as one united company on September 1, 2026.
SWAT Pest Protection was owned and operated by Michael Luneau, who will not remain with the company. SWAT’s customers are transitioning to Braman and will continue receiving pest management services without interruption.
“We are pleased to welcome SWAT customers to the Braman family,” said Josh Lazarus, vice president of finance at Braman Termite & Pest Elimination. “This acquisition allows us to expand our team and resources while continuing to provide the personal service and dependable pest management our customers expect.”
As part of the transition, SWAT customers will begin seeing the Braman name and branding. They will also have access to Braman’s expanded team, enhanced scheduling and communication resources, convenient billing options and full range of residential and commercial pest management services.
