Employee Perspectives
We can tell you that Braman is a great place to work, but we’d rather let our employees and future leaders tell you themselves.
Natasha Wright, technical director and board-certified entomologist: “When you really love what you do, like I love what I do, it becomes more than just a job. It’s a passion, and you do a lot better work. Pest control is almost like medicine. Pesticides are medicine that you apply to the environment or to a home. We train our technicians not only to use these products properly, because we are chemists, but we’re also biologists and detectives, and we have to do a little bit of all of those things to be a proper pest control professional.”
Justin Lazarus, project manager: “What I really appreciate is the work ethic that everybody has, the managers and even the owner, all the way to the technicians as well. Everyone puts in just as much work and sweat equity as the person before them. While Braman is truly a customer-centric business, we also care deeply about our employees. We want to make sure that we have a positive and happy work environment and that everyone is taken care of.”
Josh Lazarus, account manager: “Our role is very important in society as a whole. We’re protecting pharmacies, hospitals, schools, residential homes, commercial infrastructure, you name it. The satisfaction and pride that you get from taking care of a pest issue and seeing the relief that customers have is very empowering and motivating.”
Jake Lazarus, account manager: “What really gets me excited is the opportunities that Braman has for the future. There’s a lot of improvements that we’re making with the changing times and technology.”
